Cedric is a young man who looks much older than his actual age due to old scars on his face and arms that never healed quite properly from his difficult childhood. His arms are covered in tattoos, symbols of strength and protection and his first misstep in magic, as those were supposed to channel arcane power, but never did. He has lived a hard life, but he is determined to make something of himself in these savage lands.

He usually likes to wear his hair long and free, while always keeping his beard carefully trimmed. This is especially important, as he enjoys smokesticks and doesn't want his facial hair to catch fire.

Orphaned at a young age in a small settlement on the outskirts of Onadbyr, he is found and taken in by a group of wandering craftsmen, who teached him their trades and showed him their way of life.
