== Backstory ==
 
Benny was raised in a swamp grove, in a land far to the south known as the Neverglades. He was raised in the Green Faith, along with his seven brothers and sisters, to become druids of the grove themselves. However, he had other plans. Instead of sticking to the swamp and becoming a protector of the grove, he wanted to travel the world and make new friends. His mother, loving woman that she was, gave him her blessings before he left home. His father, whose lineage was almost entirely warriors and protectors, saw this as a slight to the family name, and told him that once he left the grove, he was forbidden from ever returning. In a fit of defiant rage, Benny told his father that he would return stronger than he ever imagined, and that he would take his mother to a nicer existence than the swamp could ever offer.
