	Dar, one of the [[Associates]] of [[the Round Table]], is an orc who feels a very close connection to the lands, the waves, and the swamps ~~of the lands~~. He was raised in a small village to the north east of Onadbyr, set deep within a salt water fen that protected it from invaders and pillagers. It also meant that every member of the village had to contribute, and those that couldn't were let go. Dar could fend for himself, but found a life of hunting swamp chickens, and fending off the occasionally curious caiman, unfulfilling. So he set off. Dar had been traveling for eight years when he reached Onadbyr, and originally intended to stay a few days, but he had contracted an illness from a badger bite, and was laid up in bed for weeks. With every day he felt the connection to his homelands fade, which caused him to almost lose hope, until he realized that ~~that~~ connection was being replaced with a connection to the lands of Onadbyr. So here he stayed, as one place is just as bad as the other, and here he still has his powers of magic and nature. He wears a fierce mask made from the skull of a caiman into battle, and wishes that the seas near Onadbyr were calmer, as he has not been able to go swimming for many months.
