	Ione is a Duskwalker, and such as with all Duskwalkers, Ione simply came to be. He appeared at age 15 on the Icesickle clan grounds babbling in Requian. He was taken in as a good omen, and he's spent the next 40 years making use of his talents. Ione has no memories or even as much as an impression of his past incarnation, but has the theory that his powers arose from being in the Boneyard for longer than normal, making him more receptive to spirits of all varieties. Uninterested in becoming a warrior, Ione spent those 40 years farming, coaxing the local natural spirits to help produce plenty for his adopted family. The spirits of the natural world are naturally anxious, but over the years have become more-so. In very recent history, the spirits reached what he refers to as a "tipping point" and have began practically urging Ione to action. He sent himself off on the trail of Kirrily, knowing that she went off to join capable warriors - they would surely appreciate a spiritualist, and there he could hone his talents. 			Ione is stalwart as a dwarf, and faces his challenges head on. He is stubborn and bullheaded. Ione will often find better company in the ambient spirits than with the average person, though he is trusting enough to rely upon those he works with. He is more at home in nature, and will find urban environments uncomfortable. He is slightly claustrophobic as well.

			Ione appears as a relatively young dwarf man. His beard may not be as impressive as some of the elders, but he holds great pride towards it and its design regardless. People have long described his eyes as being much older than he is, which he always retorts with "because they are!"
