This was barely even a job, all we needed to do was escort Paul Rithin outside the city, where he would inevitably get taken by the demons hunting for him. We didn't want the demons to think we'd let them have what they want without a fight however, so we decided to kill a few along the way and let them get lucky in taking him while we weren't looking. We killed at least a dozen Abrikandilu, a few Brimoraks, some Nabasu, and a Glabrezu before their boss finally showed up. We had intended to retreat at that point, but some of us ended up in more harrowing positions than intended which meant I wasn't going to retreat until they did. In the end, despite fighting a Nalfeshnee, a dozen more fish creatures some call "Spinesnappers" enslaved by the demons, and a Vavakia named Lord Tacquitos, we managed to all survive and walk away from this experience. Paul, as expected, was dragged into the Abyss, but I believe we sent them a message by killing one of the most powerful demons that roam those vile lands for their trouble.

Satori had stolen Tacquitos' massive ransuer during the fight, and with a well placed trip attempt by Serene, the three of us were able to land the killing blow before its soul-destroying breath could be unleashed upon us again. Overall, I would say this was a good training experience for us. We all certainly showed a breakthrough in our training during this battle, I would say.
