	Within the Northern part of the Upper sacks just north of the area known as Freak Street, sits a large manor that has been rebuilt. Around the perimeter is a large earthen rampart along with a formidable iron gate. The walls and gate are decorated with the skulls and other bones of animals. Despite the intimidating looking compound, this is the home the Flamewalker tribe who works to improve the city in any way they can and are welcoming to most visitors. The tribe will even take requests from citizens who are willing to brave the gates. This is usually in the form of smaller tasks within the city that would normally not be worth the time to involve the Associates, with the tribe directing those with tasks of that nature to the Round Table instead.
