Some thought a curse had befallen the block, the [[Undergallows]] were infamous petty thieves, and it was justice being done. The [[Round Table Council|council]] thought otherwise, and when initial investigations proved not to stop the deaths, Yolanda joined. She ferreted out the cause soon enough. An old well had been uncovered in the commons at the center of the block, and people were drinking from it, instead of the more inconvenient water hand out points spread throughout the city. Yolanda sealed the well, and with the help of other, more knowledgeable, council members, expanded the delivery of water to the city at large, preventing such a thing from happening again.
She now spends most of her days studying the old maps outriders find, searching for abandoned towns, clean springs, and young forests that [[Onadbyr]] can harvest to survive.
