There, with the assistance of [[Cyrus Leyvald]], [[Illiam Elro]], [[Bright Eyes]], [[Kali]] and [[Mayel]], he faced a barbazu, also known as the bearded devil, in single combat and came out victorious. The presence of undead there beyond the assisting undead hellknights made it a messy affair, but his vows were spoken and the trial was completed.
