Activities: Reading books, paper work, going over spare records or maps.
Associated NPCs: Shiki Moru
A tidy, if somewhat rundown building, hosting a decent amount of the frivolus books available in Onadbyr. In addtion to being a Library, it also stores copies of records and maps in the twon, functions as a spare office building, and houses several of the inhabitants working there, including Councilman Shiki Moru.
