We traveled to the grove, the grove is apparently fairly deep underground so the trek was quite difficult, though having to pass through the water portal alongside Samir was annoying.. cleaning water from our parts takes far to long.

Note: I should work on making Samir and myself waterproof.

After cleaning ourselves, I placed Samir inside the bag I purchased from Cyrus.. It's a shame to cover him, but its needed as I could see plants already dying. Bright Eyes, having been here before lead us towards the Kodama's village. When arriving he decided to play some music.. perhaps to ease their suspicions given we are carrying a lot of metal. They then met with us, a strange plant lady and a small wooden creature making some wood tapping sounds.. The dryad seemed confused about my arm.. but they then asked us to put strange plants into our ears.. which it proceeded to climb into our ears.. and somehow we are strange.. but it worked! I then understood what that small creature was saying. Regardless I found it interesting that they had no concept of music, as it was asking Bright Eyes about what he was doing. The pair then gave us a guide, a small tree named Terry.

Note: Ask for plant sample to study for later.

The party then traveled towards the first vehicle, which is nearby some mountains at the edge of the Kodama's territory. Speaking with Terry about the place, we talked a bit about my arm and how Terry had a family member who has lost an arm like me. They simply replaced the limb, sadly we Humans do not have the same luxury. We crossed a river, deeming it safe and made camp on the other side. I took first watch, had to clean out Samir as he was completely soaked. Luckily nothing broke, so it was a simple clean and replace. I should buy more oil once we get back into town. Terry came by and watched me work on Samir's parts, had to tell him not to touch, as he would be harmed by it. My arm was a different story, as it's of a much older make. Old parts.. Took me longer then normal to replace and fix it, wouldn't do to venture without a working arm.

Note: Try to make non metal parts for use here in the grove. Maybe a axe he could use without being hurt.

Arriving at the "mountains", it looks like this region is very different. The mountains look to be dropped haphazardly, perhaps this is because this place collects things from all around. Apparently the devices we were sent to collect are called "Stonefish" by the local plants.. and also there are Ogres there.. While I'm interested in seeing them.. Based on what I was told I should try and avoid them. With Sade Mrysky's help, we were able to scale the mountains and slowly ascended. Bright Eyes turned himself into an Ooze of all things and climbed up the mountain! Guarding the entrance to the cave is a Fire Giant! How fearsome, but we need to get into the cave to recover the vehicles. So we are splitting into two groups, group 1 will distract the giant, while group 2 will sneak in through a smaller cave entrance that will lead to the cave containing the Stone fish. Kit Calloway, Bright Eyes, Sade Mrysky. Have approached the side of the cliff, getting ready to attack him. And us, the 2nd group: Amani Hashmi, Disorro Saur, Kali. Went inside the mountain only to find metal ish on the floor. Inside the cave we found a number of kobolds who were pulling out the vehicles from water. We then waited for them to pull out the final vehicle before we assaulted them. The first party defeated the Fire Giant while the 2nd party managed to operate and fly the vehicles back to the Kodama's village.

Specific Doug note: Sword do fire, fire bad. It shoot up, it then smack down. Fire bad.
