Reiker is a criminal charged with the mass killing of 17 Onadbyran citizens, arrested and detained a few hours after the incident. In the coming days Reiker was tried and convicted of 17 counts of murder. In the trial Reiker claimed that he had what he would come to understand was a psychic awakening and the awakening itself spurred on by an argument between his mother and himself. The explosion took place in an apartment building having 4 units all owned by the residents. One of the occupants of one of the units were luckily not present for the explosion. However the 3 families including his own consisting of 10 of the casualties, the rest consist of 2 guard and 5 passerbyes not only that but the explosion led to the collapse of the building leading to more being injured as many bystanders were buried in rubble. Reiker seemingly unharmed fled the scene and was cornered and captured by an associate to face trial.

The trial was both a public one and a quick one. Reiker refused to plead guilty stating the whole ordeal was in fact an accident. I say it's a load of horse shit, the man is certainly crazy. During the period of time he was held in the cell to both gain control of his powers he was found talking to himself about something 'whispering to him’ or ‘singing to him’. I think the whole thing was going to be simple, just exile and wash our hands of the whole ordeal, but alas the counsel made the ‘wise’ decision to put this man on probation and use him as an associate with the purpose of him proving his innocence and soundness of mind.

On further interview He is noted to be quiet and very much so non compliant when it comes to questioning suggesting a general problem with authority, not to mention the vulgar language he uses and the 'creative' use of language to insult and demine the people he doesn't like. I'm just glad he was finally let out to work now i don't have to deal with him.
