The associates head to an abondoned village that may be under the influence of a dark curse taking over the nearby forest.

As you read the log an image of an old lumberjack sitting on a long appears in your mind. He will relay this story.

"Well, it was normal day the town of Onadbyr. The birds were singing and river was flowing. On this day, Ol' Trapper was going to and fro through the town enjoying the sites and sounds when suddenly he was he noticed something. Now what could that thing be, why is was a notice for a job in the forest. Trapper never turns down a chance to wrestle some forest dwelling creatures. He signed his name and was off."

The lumber jack pulls out a banjo and begins singing.

"Don't change ol' Trapper, Don't change ol' Trapper, Always looking for something new. Don't change ol' Trapper, Don't change ol' Trapper, Nothing keeps him from staying true."

"Now, ol' Trapper went on to the meeting location to prepare. There he met the other associates that would be working with him as a team. Now these associates were all talented in their own right so hows about we do a quick roll call."

"Now we got Arkes the Ranger and Anran the puncher and Hilda the cavalier We got Moz the Summna an' Alfredo his Brotha, and Kubo the lord of fear."

"The crew got antiquated and set on 10 day trip. Nothing much happened on the trip but once they arrived, their eyes were greeted by an abandoned village and a spooky forest. The associates searched the homes but no one was there to be seen. Eventually, the only choice was to go to the woods."

"So into the roads they went, looking for what ever caused all this trouble. After searching a bit, the crew found a group of corrupted animals led by an evil vampiric creature. No the true name was too big for ol' Trapper so he just called it the vampire."

"Don't change ol' Trapper, Don't change ol' Trapper, Always looking for something new. Don't change ol' Trapper, Don't change ol' Trapper, Nothing keeps him from staying true."

"The vampire and the animals put up a good fight. But the associates were quick with a plan. Anran punched, Arkes provided swift shanks, Hilda used her earth and water powers, and Moz and his brother led a flank", and Kubo summoned thralls as backup."

"Now ol' Trapper was wailing on that nasty vampire but things took a turn when he tried to grapple it. Trapper's hubris was plenty and he underestimated this new enemy. Twice he went down due to the vampire's nasty bat. Even got some of his forest man blood. Luckily his friends saved him just in time."

"The crew defeated the enemies but that nasty vampire cowardly ran away. Luckily Arkes used her ranger sense to track the fiend further into the forest. After a bit of tracking, they found the head head vampire and engaged. The fight was rough. There were snakes, rats, wolves, and bats, oh my."
