Associated NPCs: Gertrude "Gerdie" Vhas - Turgim "Tug" Vhas
Siblings Gerdie and Tug (don't ask) have been smithing in Onadbyr since the early phases of reconstruction. Both have a talent for crafting and originally ran a single store that sold both weapons and armor. However in the highs and lows of the city's lifespan materials have gone through their own moments of short supply. In times such as these, each have sworn of which is more important in using their limited resources for. Gerdie wanted to put their resources towards making armor over weapons. Tug disagreed.
These disagreements eventually led to the two making a bet with the other. Each set up their own shop and continues to use the supplies that come in to craft their tools of the trade. They agreed that whomever had the better sales after several years would become the primary shopkeeper. They have friendly competition with the other, but will always try to convince shoppers that their particular product is the better.
