Once generated you will find your ticket listed at the top of the [[Discord]]. Ticket options are explained below:
 
[[Firekeeper]]: For all general tickets - reporting technical issues, character approvals, downtime, rules questions, etc.
 
[[Storyteller]]: For issues that require privacy, discretion, or specific Storyteller approval such as reporting other users, requesting Karma, and super-secret GM approvals. If you need to open a Storyteller-only ticket, you probably already know you're going to open a Storyteller-only ticket.
