A colorful sign sits over the doorway of a building with a gorgeously colored mural across the front. The interior is brightly lit, and cushioned with pillows to make a comfortable atmosphere and sitting spaces for prolonged visits. Signs filled with images and descriptions of the offered tattoos tastefully decorate the walls, both inside and out.
A tip jar sits next to the door as one would walk in, and a small sign is posted in the window of the front entrance;
"Interested in the procurement of tattoo formulae. Can offer either coin, or bartered payment. If interested, see Kali"
