Joyuese used to be part of a gang known as the Vipers, until they disbanded after an incident where a job went wrong. With her life of crime behind her, she now does associate work to atone for her crimes. She claims to be haunted by an evil spirit called Electric Ladyland, but also claims nobody can see it but her. She favors the use of Black Powder Knuckle Dusters in combat, and if that doesn't work, she's got her fists too.
