Tolivar Moss is a gnome with pale skin, graying hair, and a slight gut. He dresses in simple collared shirts and slacks, accented by colorful sweater vests and the occasional bowtie. Tolivar loves his books more than anything else. If allowed, he'll go on at length about his prizes for hours.
