A Ticket is a private text channel that appears at the top of the Discord server between you and the appropriate Administrative team. Tickets are to be used for downtime, support, reporting issues and rules questions.

To Open a Ticket, go to the #open-a-ticket channel in the Discord server. From this page you will be provided with a drop-down menu, navigate to and select the desired team to have your Ticket generated. Once generated you will find your ticket listed at the top of the Discord. Ticket options are explained below:

Firekeeper: For all general tickets - reporting technical issues, character approvals, downtime, rules questions, etc.

Storyteller: For issues that require privacy, discretion, or specific Storyteller approval such as reporting other users, requesting Karma, and super-secret GM approvals. If you need to open a Storyteller-only ticket, you probably already know you're going to open a Storyteller-only ticket.
