===Background===
Isgram's comes from a family of hardened Ulfren warriors who follow the mantra of "might makes right". In the time before Gorum's death, the clan was led by his grandfather, Logiram. Logiram is an experienced and ruthless battle mage, mastering both martial combat and elemental prowess. Logiram's sons, Ysmir and Talos, followed there father with boundless faith and belief in their cause. Isgram was trained along side his older cousin Ralof and his older sister Frijosa. The tree were trained to be just as ruthless and unforgiving as their grandfather. This continued for years until the death of Gorum. The gods death cause the entire family to splinter and argue over the direction of the clan. Logiram believed that doubling down on their previous beliefs was the key and that through conquest, they would become the guiding arbiters of a new age of conflict. Talos, driven to nihilism saw no point and was killed for his inaction by Frijosa. Isgram on the other hand argued against this approach. He believed that a more positive approach was necessary to change the wrold for the better. Ralof challenged him and in their duel, Isgram slew his cousin. Enraged by his "betrayal", Logiram banished his grandson and gave him the disgraced title of "Muspel", the jotun word for destroyer. Due to his victory in combat, Logiram allowed Isgram to leave in disgrace, but told him that should any Frostcrown family members or soldiers see him, he is to be seen as an enemy. Isgram, on top of his grander goal, intends to one day challenge and over throw his grandfather once he has grown in both strength and wisdom.
