Ticket

A Ticket is a private text channel that appears at the top of the Discord server between you and the Firekeeper/Storyteller team. Tickets are used for downtime, support, reporting issues, and rules questions.

To open a Ticket, go to the #open-a-ticket channel in the Discord server and click "Create ticket".
