Millie is a dwarven woman who has served as the manager of the Markmuse Theatre since near the refounding of Onadbyr. She wears her hair in several long braids and enjoys wearing brightly colored clothing. Millie was a major force in funding the theater's renovations. She has an old friendship with Suttonalia Morroweather, who she allows to stay in an apartment above the theater.
