No one knows what group he was the captain of before, but it is rumored that it was of the unsavory sort. Like many on the council, Captain Ink was one of the first settlers of the ruins of Onadbyr as he already had a safe house established in the ruins. Strangely, the name Captain Ink seems to be more literal than outsiders would imagine. Though he has never shared the story of how his unique anatomy has came to be, it would seem the man is made entirely of ink.

Ink's official position on the round table is as a general manager for trade and mercantile in the area. He also serves as part of the city's development commitee.

You can oftentimes find him in one of the various shops in town inspecting wares and determining what could be traded with outside factions.

While its just a rumor, some say Captain Ink still has connections outside the city that deals with goods not easily found in the city. Various other members of the council have attempted to gather evidence of any wrongdoings but nothing has ever been found that could be traced back to him, allowing him to keep his position and avoid exile.
