It was a hasty request from Nashi'a Myr, one that I responded to soon after resting from the sewer job. Apparently a large amount of undead were spotted in warehouses in the trimarket, and were likely going to emerge by sunrise, when the people flowed back into the market street. Hiromi was able to learn from a nearby merchant that, along with the expected zombies, there were wights and cairn wights among them. We hurried that way, stopping to prepare for a moment before spotting a horde of undead in the nearest warehouse. They, along with a pair of husk zombies, were dispatched without much issue. Looking down and across the road, Sade found another horde accompanied by two bog mummies, creatures that gave us more issue but thankfully everyone was able to shrug off the mummy's curses. It was unpleasant to breath around them however, and they seemed especially focused on me for some reason. Hopefully handling their leader didn't mark me in some way.
Southward from that spot we finally discovered a wight and two cairn wights, accompanied by another husk zombie. It was a scattered fight, with Sade and I attempting to take the fight to the undead, but most tried to rush past us to those behind. It was messy, but we were able to dispatch the enemies without great issue. The trimarket is safe, though someone will need to dispose of the undead corpses in the very near future.
