Logs are still stupid, but this "expedition" was fun! We traveled up the mountains looking to get dragon scales, walking the snow and seeing nice animals like foxes running around. Near the entrance to the cave of the dragon, we could see burrowing creatures running around. As they moved to greet us, we found out they were tiny earth elementals! We tried talking to them, but they don't speak common (or druidic, but nobody around here seems to) so Disorro and Mantella had to do snow pictures. It took a while, but we figured out they had a friend trapped inside. It was a rescue mission!
We hurried inside, trying to sneak by the dragon but his eyes were really good I think, no other way he could've spotted me as soon as we ran in. The dragon said hi and invited us to come see his collection, which was a bunch of really dull rocks. "Wriggly the all-powerful" was a really shiny dragon, and really fun to talk to. Don't make him blush though, he hates colors and only wants dull stuff. He let us collect all the shiny rocks and his colorful dragon scales though, the little "roomba" thing he had running around to collect the shiny things could only go so fast. He even told us where to look for the missing elemental.
We found 1. a weird human-ish earth elemental that kept whining about being trapped under a small rock, but wouldn't leave when someone took it off him. So we kept putting it back down on him. 2. the tiny earth elemental 3. weird mouth rocks that tried to bite me. Wriggly didn't like them so we destroyed them. 4. A turtle that tried to bite me too. He liked it, but didn't like that it had to eat leaves. Someone suggested Wriggly should make the weird guy go get leaves for the turtle, so he did. 5. Some thing that rolled around and collected the spare scales and stuff. Wriggly called it a roomba, I don't know what that is though.
Overall we got the job done, reunited the earth wisp things, and Mantella and I got to jump off the mountain, using our wind flaps to fly down. It was a good trip. We even got invited back! We can go there occasionally to collect Wriggly's dragon scales and any other shiny stuff he doesn't want, so keep his well-aligned hoard of rocks looking as dull and lifeless as possible! I wanna make a second hat out of the scales, as a sign of our friendship when I visit. If I made it out of dull materials he would just want the hat.
