Written Report From Bliss
Really make somebody write all of these? dam, I dunno where ya'll keep the paper. Anyway
Some dude named Elodyr's scouts have found an additional temple nearby, and has heard that it could be loaded with some kind of evil otherworlders. 1 gold for retrieving artifacts, 5 silver for a demon/devil head, 1 gold for a serious one. It was an old desecrated temple of Pharsma's, so all those bastards gotta go.
Immediately inside, there are two statues of a demon and a devil. The one on the right is a pit fiend, and the left is a Balor. Nearly immediately after the party enters, a bunch of small things show up and attack us. 2 of em were flying imp like things, others were ugly son bitches, who are apparently mindless. 7 in total.
Going past the 1st door, temples taken a bit of a beating. Run down in some areas, but nothing some TLC can't cure. One of the big ole Oni guys, the armorer, notices some gurgling by the rubble. Moving to the left, there's a door in the north that is sealed up real tight. Fore any of us can pick (or the armored bois can kick it down) Zeal notices the door below isn't locked, so there's a plan to get whatever's in there to leave by Braeteal shouting sumthing in infernal. The bait doesnt work and they attack.
4 of the little imp Guys, and it doesnt work and they attack. They are taken out easily enough. Some amount of "religious" text is found, and some amount of symbols, which are just mashups of various devils and demonic stuff. Pathetic.
Iskierka and the armor people decide to force the north door down, and it makes everything in there posted up. 2 Leamures, 2 imps, and 2 flying ugly child things. Fights a bit touch n go, but it goes down easy in the end.
In addition, there are 4 scrolls with various demon names on them, bringing them back for money as well. Cutter manages to find silver elven curve blade hidden in the grain.
We take some time to relax and patch up, and then some Barbazu contracts us, claming to be the big boss o this area. It don't immediately attack us right away, so we do some more investigating. There's an office that has a decorative sword that we all take, and then head to the right.
The guy meets up as we head north again, and outside of one good blow he gives to Iskerika, he goes out like a punk, and so does his minons. Satori loots the demon's glaive during combat, and Bright eyes wanders away a bit, bored.
Outside of that, we wonder round a bit. Find some evidence of possible mortal cultists, with a bit of food lying around. Some very old journals of Pharsma worshipers, and a non magical staff of the old faith, which are being secured and restored, thank you very kindly.
We find that the Barbazu was trying to do some kind of ritual based on a statue of a Corgigone, a lieutenant of hell (horned devil). Also present was a contract devil. Bad news bunch all around
