An urgent request was made for available associates to intercept a band of demons.

Accompanying a pair of town guards, myself and fellow associates setup an ambush in a long abandoned village for some reported demons heading towards Onadbyr. Knowing that the guards would be more vulnerable than trained associates, Liminal wisely encouraged them to fight from the relative safety of some rooftops. It was not long after we had fortified our position that the demons appeared strolling into the ruins. The foul creatures were snarling and attempting to communicate in the most vile broken common I personally have heard. Their words were essentially gibberish with only traces of obscene language slipping through their natural drooling. As creatures of darkness and evil, they deserved none of the Lambent King's mercy. Amongst their ranks were hounds of rust, a goat creature who breathed fire, and disgusting pigs. They were all destroyed promptly with no casualties on our side.
