Qualily calls us up to investigate some territorial disputes. They've been having problems with pack hunters from Valera showing up near Onadbyr. We show up and see a pack of wolves fighting a pack of dinosaurs that have a set of frilled crests. I use the potion of Barks-Kin to communicate with the wolf pack, Adyrha was very surprised when I was suddenly able to talk in the language of wolves. The conflict starts off roughly, with the wolves at a disadvantage even with the dinosaurs. Eventually, some more fox-like dinosaurs with scythe-like appendages show up to attempt to take advantage of the situation. According to Qualily, they were called "Izuchi". The Izuchi were able to communicate some really advanced tactics by roaring, so advanced they managed to overwhelm most of the pack, leaving only one survivor. Adyrha took down their leader, but at what cost? We eventually managed to thin the dinosaurs down to the smaller ones. The last remaining wolf bonded with Adyrha when the battle was done. I will protect this pup, and will hunt with it when gathering food
