Expedition log of Taso Autio, Associate of the Round Table.
Objective
Primary
Retrieval of the following misplaced food items from a Foodie's food company warehouse:
- Turkey of Thanks
- Pre-mashed potatoes
- Corn
- "Stuffing"
- Bread
- Cranberries
- Pumpkin Pie
Secondary
Minimise property damage. Failure of this objective leads to reduced payment.
Status
Partial success of both objectives. Loss of reward averted by actions detailed in Order of Events.

Order of Events
- Arrival at the warehouse
- Lucky steps into a hole in the floor, spraining her ankle
- Floor holes appear to be ubiquitous, all Associates proceed with caution
- The warehouse appears to feature unusual contents and labels, e.g., bags marked as "Mouldy Food" containing exactly that
- The Associates split up to speed up the search
- Kagari retrieves a clipboard showing the sections of the warehouse
- Taso Autio retrieves the bread
- Besides the regular bread, so-called "Thanksgiving Bread" was also available, but disregarded
- Evergreen and Lucky retrieve the pre-mashed potatoes, mistaken the for the "stuffing"[1]
- While attempting to reach a higher vantage point in the search for cranberries, Pomba Bright-Eyed climbs warehouse contents and is asked to return to the ground by Peter, a warehouse employee
- Notably, Peter is a poltergeist
- Pomba Bright-Eyed and Taso Autio locate Turkey of Thanks in a barrel
- The turkey turns out to be possessed by a Spirit of Thanks and capable of speech. It is, however, fully willing to serve as ritualistic food item for the event
- The Turkey of Thanks relocates to the southern warehouse entry
- All Associates leave the previously retrieved food items with it
- Further unusual labels are discovered, among them "weirdly" and "correctly" stored pies[1] as well as a barrel of frogs
- Kagari, Lucky, and Evergreen retrieve the pumpkin pie[1]
- All Associates meet up. The flavour of the retrieved pie is discussed, but it is concluded that it is likely correct without damaging the pie
- Pomba Bright-Eyed attempts to knock at the western warehouse door, causing it to fall outwards
- First attempts by Taso Autio to repair the damage fail
- Kagari, Lucky, and Evergreen retrieve the corn from a barrel in the form of a single kernel nearly one (1) meter in size[1]
- Kagari corrects the clipboard, relabelling an empty section to a more accurate "Cranberry Section"[1]
- Pomba Bright-Eyed and Taso Autio retrieve a sack of cranberries
- The Turkey of Thanks elaborated greatly on the importance of cranberries. Notes on the lecture can be found in the appendix
- Evergreen locates a Box of Fire[1]
- Due to unspecified events it opens and she receives serve burns
- All other Associates rush to the burning section, but do not arrive in time to save her life
- Lucky extinguishes the fire quickly, preventing further damage to Associates and warehouse items
- The Turkey of Thanks proposes a ritual to restore Evergreen to life
- The ritual requires representations of events or things of the past year the participants are thankful for
- Lucky provides colourful magic, to represent her joy of such
- Kagari provides music, to represent the recent visit of the Spinmasters and the Crones of Calloway
- Taso Autio provides two dolls she crafted, to represent the freedom to pursue her crafts as she wish Onadbyr provides her
- Pomba provides a vial of blood, to represent his thankfulness for live and unlive
- Peter returns to work, to represent his enjoyment of such
- To end the ritual, the Turkey of Thanks jumps over Evergreen's body, turning into a cooked turkey dish in the process
- The ritual succeeds, returning Evergreen to life
- The ritual requires representations of events or things of the past year the participants are thankful for
- Evergreen, Lucky, and Kagari locate the family the materials were intended for and apologise for using the singular wish the Turkey of Thanks could provide[1]
- The apology is accepted due to the importance of the wish[1]
- Pomba Bright-Eyed and Taso Autio remain to retrieve the final item, the "stuffing", and to clean and repair any damage they could
- Kagari returns later to repair the damaged door[1]
- Due to a combination of the customer family providing good press and most damages being repaired, the reward is not reduced
