We met with Gabriel instead of Elidyr, because apparently he's still at the temple of Urgathoa. We didn't get any relevant information beyond what we already knew, but the correspondence was necessary to keep the job official. With some excellent travel work by Femi, we were able to cut down our travel to one day. Arriving at the shack, Femi spoke with a squirrel that hadn't seen anything but couldn't get inside either. At the same time, Bakus could smell cat dander around the perimeter of the building. Serene knocked but got no response, Femi knocked and announced herself, prompting the door to open and pull us inside.
Inside, a cat with burning eyes met us. It informs us that we angered the master, and proceeded to attack us. As we killed it, two more showed up. Then we killed those two and three showed up. We killed the three and four showed up, but after we brought those down we finally had a moment to rest and prepare. After around ten minutes a hole opened up in the floor, a red and white striped hat appearing from the hole and pulling everyone forward before dropping a fireball onto us. It was tall, lanky, and wore that ridiculously long hat, but it fought fiercely and unleashed another fireball on us before it died. Collecting the hat and the cat heads that ended up being in the hat somehow, we all returned to collect our reward.
