The inn is run by a man only known as The Weatherman and is the main rest stop for caravans travelling into Onadbyr from the south.

During the events of The Halfling, an unknown creature took the form of an innkeeper within the Weathermans Musk Inn and lured a group of associates to its cellar. The attack was unsuccessful and the creature fled, a day later The Weatherman was found bound and gagged in one of the inn rooms' closets. Business returned to normal shortly afterwards.
