Wrigley the All-Powerful

Wrigley the All-Powerful is a young crystal dragon who lives in the Cavern of the Vast Hoard high in the mountains north of Onadbyr. He hates all things shiny, and his hoard is a collection of the dullest rocks and other things that he can find. Among this hoard are also things that he mistook for mundane rocks, including a living boulder, cobbleswarms, and a snapping turtle. He is friendly to the adventurers, and is happy to trade his shed scales for any dull rocks or other items they bring him. The scales are not high enough quality to use for crafting, but can be ground down into magical and alchemical components.
