We are hired to go find some diseased animals so Isabella can make better antiplagues. We are given an antiplague and antivenom each to keep us safe. She wouldn’t give us half the money first. I guess we have to trust them. | |||
We head out and see a moose. The group decides to kill it to attract diseased animals. Not sure of the logic but I don’t care enough to argue. | |||
I try to sneak around but the moose sees me and charges. It hurts. Poor Mantella the frog snuck right into a nest of giant ticks and got swarmed. I send my drake Scruffy in to save him and they immediately swarm and kill poor Scruffy. | |||

We pile all the bodies in the middle. Including poor Scruffy’s body. 2 giant vultures show up so we charge them as they try to eat Scruffy. | |||
We kill them but they hurt myself and Mantella a lot. Tuli tries to heal us both but I am so sick from the vulture vomit that I keep vomiting and he can’t heal me. He also fails to heal Mantella but I’m not sure why. Maybe I got too much vomit on him. | |||
Then we are attacked by giant toads. One of them swallows me. Of course. Because its that kind of a day. They kill the toads and I wait for them to pull me out…but no one does so I crawl out of the dead toad. Covered in vulture puke, toad drool and blood I walk towards the spiders nest. | |||
The spiders jump out at poor Siltmean who runs away and I run in to take his place. He tries to high five me but my hands are full. He distracts me enough so the spiders swarm me and bite me a few times. The poison really hurts but we manage to slay them. | |||
I ask Tuli to suck the poison out of me and he blushes and pulls his tools out to help. Ashley also helps and I start to feel better. I drag my dead pet home and don’t cry. As far as anyone knows. | |||
