Opening a Ticket
First navigate to Server Information in the Discord, then to Rules-and-tickets. At the bottom of the page you can click the open a Ticket.

Leveling Up
When leveling a Familiar/Companion up, make sure to increase its level in the top right corner of the sheet. But also check your class on https://2e.aonprd.com/ to see if your Familiar/Companion receives new abilities.
Adding New Feats, Features, Traits
When adding new Feats, Features, Traits, to your companions. You simply search under Compendium Packs tab in Foundry, for the specific item and then drag it onto the companions sheet. Make sure you are dragging it into the right spot, feats under the feats tab on the sheet.
