It's finally the day of the summer solstice, meaning the time is finally right to perform the ritual to restore the sun to its rightful place in the sky. Even if I didn't have the requisite sky-piercing bow, I would've felt compelled to show up to see the end of this sordid affair. Illiam and I teleported straight to the heperid's grove, and got right down to business. All I had to do was fire the bow straight up, to remove the blood moon. Unfortunately, I was a little out of practice with my bowmanship, so I had a couple of false starts. Cerionis warned us that the manifestation of this eclipse would attack us, and it took the form of a big fuckoff skeleton when I finally hit my celestial mark. Luckily, it wasn't much of a threat thanks to my empowered sword and Illiam's magics. Pretty straightforward, the sun is back, too bad we missed essentially the entire growing season... Either way, Illiam teleported us back with no troubles at all. I think that's one apocalypse solved - countless more to go.

It's finally the day of the summer solstice, meaning the time is finally right to perform the ritual to restore the sun to its rightful place in the sky. Illiam and I teleported straight to the heperid's grove, and got right down to business. All I had to do was fire the bow straight up, to remove the blood moon - unfortunately, I was a little out of practice with my bowmanship, so I had a couple of false starts.
