So this first job was a bit of a mess. We went into the palace with everyone else, prepared and headed off to deal with the mass of shadows and all that. Shadows themselves weren't hard, blew half of them away in one sunburst really, but there was this giant shadow vortex that we couldn't get rid of. Only that Isaac guy knew how to disable it, and no matter how hard I healed him he ended up dying anyway. The other team meant to clear the path for the pro team was gotten by the metal person and the one with the ponytail. The rat just sorta blew away the vortex with some gadget while I turned into a dragon and escaped. Other Hat Guy is taking dead guy back to someone to get him revived or something. Me and the crossbow elf from the other team are gonna go gather up more people for a second attempt tomorrow.
