- We captured the people from Dogberg
- The Mayor invites us inside and lets us rest. She has a bunch of catfolk guards
- The Mayor offers us a chance to rest before interrogating the Dogberg people
-We find instructions for a Concealment's Curtain ritual with a note that says "Get in there, memorize the faces of the new guards, maybe steal a guard uniform if you can. If you gotta kill someone, make sure the Cu Sith don't leave any evidence. Playing nice didn't work, so if we wanna figure out who these festivals are really for, we're gonna have to beat it out of the mayor." that's from an "MS", and a glasscutter
- The leader of the Dogberg guys is ready to die to keep what he knows from getting to us, saying the townsfolk would "Feed [them] to the river". This checks out with Sheeri thinking the river was weird
- They were planning to walk up to the Mayor's House to learn about why the town's being protected, and why the town holds the Cat Festival. They only had three people and the Cu Sith when we met them. They walked right in without resistance from the guards because of the concealment's curtain ritual. They don't know anything about the missing townsfolk
- Amber May offers to let them go. The guards just let us, so it's not technically going against the rule of law
- They're working with the government of Dogberg. The Cu Sith were a gift from the person that hired them. They didn't tell us anything about them
- The Mayor pays us for defending her from the Dogberg folks, Amber May asks her about the festival. She says it's mostly shops, but they also like to put on a show.
- Sheeri finds some Naiads taking care of the river. They've been slowing it down to help the townsfolk. They mentioned Dogberg having Dryads, perheps they conjured up the Cu Sith and hired the bandits? The plant-like wolves were definetly connected.
-We go to meet up with them that night. They suspect the people who dissapeared were taken by the dryads.
-They want us to oust the Naiads to the citizens of Dogberg and drive them out. We agree to check this out after the festival
-Naiad confirms the Cat Sith are just here to watch over the town. Terog points out that one of them followed us.
-Naiad confirms they were protecting the town from Dogberg invaders
-I make sure to buy something from each of the stalls. While the festival's going on, I notice the Cait Sith watching us from the rooftops. Nothing notorious happens at the festival
- We agree to investigate Dogberg before taking any jobs from the Naiads, but Terog wants to talk to the cat we spoke to the other day
-The Cait Sith tells us the Naiads have indeed been drowning people. It looks like the dissapearances were just caused by the Naiads and Dryads fighting.
- We agree to go investigate the Dryads in Dogberg, fully suspecting the Dryads were lying about the whole thing
