Meeting Baa

• Head to Nonnberg
• Valley between mountains
• Few stone buildings
• Not much of a town
• Go to mansion
• Meet old butler
• Escorts us to parlor room
• Meet Countess Maggie
• Older lady, maybe 50s
• Welcomes us and helps accommodations
• Lady Baa arrives soon after
• Sentient stuffed animal
• 8 inches tall sheep toy with a bow-tie
• Wants us to find sister Lammy
• Looks like her but with ribbon
• Haven't seen in 70 years
• The two belonged to two sisters, Esther and Mary
• Esther grew up, left for the coast
• Before leaving, sisters traded stuffed animals
• Esther took Lammy, Marie kept Baa
• Esther left for the coast
• Two years later Baa awakened
• Likely same with Lammy
• We investigate her room
• Sheeri finds writings about nearby town
• Hirm is likely first location on Esther's journey
• Baa gives us ribbon
• Says it will show Lammy we were sent by Baa
• Set out for Hirm

The Path Forward

• At Hirm we see three kids outside
• They run into one of two homes in the hamlet
• Kasumi and Maki go talk to the owner of that home
• Learn place was once a fishing village
• Most of town sunken underwater by last cataclysm
• Sheeri, Maki and I go investigate the underwater graveyard
• Kit and Kasumi go talk to other houseowner
• Underwater team finds no grave for Esther
• House team learns about Mochensdorf further down the coast, and Salzberg even further than that
• Head to Mochensdorf next
• Meet older woman whose mother was a hunter
• Lived with another woman that carried a stuffed animal
• After several years living together the calamity happened
• Mochensdorf also badly effected, Salzberg on the rise
• Esther likely headed to Salzberg next, leaving other woman behind
• Head to Salzberg
• Fairly large port city
• Head to city hall to try and figure out if Esther lived here
• Meet priest
• Ask If he has seen a stuffed animal named Lammy walking around
• Points us to snow cone stand in the market
• Meet up with Lammy
• Selling snow cones for 2 or 3 copper each depending on flavor
• Fur is more frayed and worn
• Damaged ribbon on twine on neck
• Wants to go home
• Esther and Lammy tried going home 10 years ago
• Esther injured, old, had to return to Salzberg
• Never recovered, passed away
• Lammy working stand to raise money
• Wanted to pay for escort back home
• Also wants ribbon back from creatures that injured Esther
• We take up the job for 5 gold, 8 silver

Into the Mountain Pass

• Mountain pass is beautiful
• After some time honking begins
• Geese attack
• We kill as fast as we can
• An enlarged Oranges gets swarmed by at least 6 geese
• Kasumi unleashes divine wrath upon the group
• Apparently geese are unholy?
• Spell wipes out most of the group
• Giant, 5 headed goose then arrives
• Two more geese accompanying it
• It unleashes a powerful beam of electricity
• Tears through multiple of our team
• Almost kills Oranges outright
• Horribly injures others hit
• Five heads oppress area around it
• Maki does best to face it head on
• It keeps trying to chase most vulnerable targets down
• I focus on killing smaller geese while team tries to survive Goosera
• Smaller goose almost takes out an injured Oranges
• Kit takes attack in his stead, has Oranges flee from combat
• Focused battle begins once last small goose dies
• Vicious hits from Goosera
• Keeps chasing Kasumi down
• I keep missing hits
• Kit's bleed arrow wears it down throughout battle
• Sheeri focuses on protecting Lammy
• Finally land shot, kill weakened Goosera
• Take ribbon from corpse of one of the heads
• Get Lammy home, reunite family
