Councilwoman Sideun Ae-Geom would like to study different kinds of mutant creatures. She would like different kinds if we can find them. I think most of us were already set to leave once we got the missions and we left town.
Our second day on our journey we came across a swamp. We started to look around and search for any oddities. Bodrukk saw some motion in one of the puddles so, myself and him went to check it out. As I put my foot into the water a giant mutant leach poked its head out of the water. As the leach stared us down, a green pile started to move further north. It stood up and it looked like a horse covered in seaweed and grass. It was so cool. I personally have never really been a horse dwarf, but I really wanted to try and ride it. I ran past the leach, it didn't look that dangerous, and tried to get on it. For some reason it was not pleased and bucked me off. As we started the battle Bodrukk ran up and grew in size, I've never seen that before. Vreal threw his bombs all over the place and everyone was getting sucked on by the leaches. I'm sure if they would take my blood it would get drunk. We dispatched the mutant horse and the leaches and had to take some time getting patched up.
As we moved further north we heard some voices calling for help, so we ran to help. Finding the source of the voices we see two large badgers. I'm sure they have also been mutated. Since when does a badger have a hand on its tail. Vreal runs ahead and get the badgers attention. Satori out of nowhere throws a spear across the swamp and hits one of the mutant badgers. The badgers move to fight still calling for help. Don't they know we can see them? We don't fall for it and start beating the living pulp out of them. A few more disgusting leaches poke their heads out of the water to try and get their fill of blood. Vreal and his companion handle themselves quite nicely in the beginning, as the rest of us gang up on the other badger and some leaches. Those little slimy buggers squish and get blood everywhere when you punch them. After we had killed our little group, Vreal wasn't looking so good. Everyone ran to help but as we finished off the 2nd badger, he fell. Fen quickly fed Vreal a potion and I tried to bandage him up.
We bring back a mutant horse, some mutant leaches and two mutant badgers.
