The Weatherman own the Weathermans Musk Inn, located in Pettyport. Not much is currently known about him other than that he has been noted to have a distaste for big industry and prefers buying his wares from independent sellers.
During the events of The Halfling, an unknown creature took the form of an innkeeper within the Weathermans Musk Inn and lured a group of associates to its cellar. The attack was unsuccessful and the creature fled, a day later The Weatherman was found bound and gagged in one of the inn rooms' closets. Business returned to normal shortly afterwards.
