A noble who was screwed over a few years ago, he attempted an assassination on the one who wronged him, but was stopped by some associates in a series of events involving a medusa, a bunch of mimics, and someone with an unfortunate name. He was handed over to Victoria Honeystride to right the wrongs he attempted, and after the former hellknight got turned into a baby, Isaac decided to become an associate himself along with his assistant Angstrom Lockhart to continue to do some good, in addition to the legal protections the position provides.
