Over the years, Onadbyr has built itself up a sizeable economy. With a variety of shops open to all characters, the following shops can all be accessed at anytime through the Foundry. Information is included below for making purchases for your character.

Purchasing Items

Between the hustle and bustle of daily activities and adventures, your character will likely need supplies. At anytime in between Expeditions your character can purchase items from the shops of Onadbyr. To find a shop on Foundry:
1. Navigate to the Actors tab.
2. Open the Marketplace folder.
3. Click a shop to access its interface. Your character can freely purchase items here.

If you have multiple characters, please ensure you have the correct actor selected before making purchases in the shops. If you've already opened the shop, make sure to close and reopen the window after switching your selected actor.

Available Shops

NPC Shops

These shops are ran by NPCs, and thus their inventories will typically remain unchanged. Exceptions are Rocco's Pawn Shop and The Caravansary.

  • Apothecary, the place to go for healing supplies and potions. An essential for any Associates interested in the survival of themselves and their allies as well as those interested in alchemy.
  • Esoteric Essentials, an exotic shop for the exotic shopper. A dark store that sells common low-level magic items, crystals, talisman and scrolls.
  • Hunter's Guild, your one-stop-shop for traps and snares, ranging from alarms to spikes to explosives. They're also one of two places to pick up rations for the road, which is a must for the average Associate.
  • Markmuse Box Office, main box office to the main attraction of Onadbyr, the Markmuse Theater.
  • Rocco's Pawn Shop, for the epitome of "one man's trash is another man's treasure." They buy your items at half price and sell them back to the public at full price, but this also means you're likely to find a wide variety of items Associates have found on Expeditions, which you wouldn't find elsewhere. Be sure to check back often, that item you want could show up one day and be gone the next!
  • Sibling Smithy, before stepping out into the wild word make sure to properly arm yourself! The place to go for all common level 0-2 weapons, armor, and shields, as well as all fundamental runes.
  • Smoke and Powder, for things that go boom in a stick. They're the experts in firearms, even if it uses air cartridges. They're also the only place to find your average firearm and the ammunition needed.
  • Stables, is where you go if you're looking for a riding companion, and where you keep one if you've got one. They also carry everything you need to feed and ride your choice of mount, including a battle saddle.
  • The Caravansary, the only shop to have its goods change every month! Items here are extremely limited and may not be there next time you look, so be quick in grabbing what you need! Keep an eye on the server announcement tab in the discord, that's the first place you'll see an announcement regarding the caravan's stock updating.
  • The Well Worn Spine, for general everyday wares. Any supplies you couldn't find at another store, you're likely to find here. Tents, books, writing materials, even thieves tools and soaps can be found in this location.
  • Walton's Market, dirty deeds done dirt cheap. The best place to pick up your favorite gear made of duct tape, gum and a prayer!

Player Shops

Using Karma, a player character can create their own shop in the Foundry to sell whatever they wish to sell. These are typically items the character has taken the time to craft, and thus the store is a way to hopefully make some gold for their efforts. The process to open a new character shop can be found on the Player Shops page.

Retired Associate Shops

Retired Character shops are purchased with Karma, but have a stable, limited inventory. Players can either convert their existing shop into a Retired Character shop, or use Karma to purchase one. The process and guidelines for a Retired Character shop can be found on the Player Shops page.
